Gelato Collection is a “high-end” ice cream concept inspired by the world of perfumes and created by one of the most renowned chefs in the world, Albert Adrià (World's Best Pastry Chef 2015 and World’s 2nd Best Chef 2023). His idea is to create a growing bank of numbered recipes, drawing inspiration from the universe of perfumers who numbered their creations.

The goal is to create a cool and, at the same time, warm space, sophisticated and minimalist, transporting us to the world of perfumeries or jewellery stores and breaking away from the classic ice cream parlour aesthetic.

The interior of the Gelato Collection is presented as an elegant, minimalist, and monochromatic environment, with the ice cream display case at its centre, where the vibrant colours of the sophisticated collection created by Chef Albert Adrià stand out.

The ice cream display case is clad in fluted glass, conveying a sense of freshness, even coldness, that contrasts with the metallic and golden tones of the walls. It appears to be wrapped in refined gift paper, reminiscent of a jewellery or perfume store, turning it into a true gem orperfume bottle.

Three imposing hexagonal lamps made of textured glass and emitting a cool light, evoking ice, float in the double-height entrance space, inviting passers by on La Rambla to step inside, escape the heat of Barcelona, and refresh their senses.
