Ikibana

Ikebana is a traditional Japanese floral art with wooden, leaf and flower compositions that simulate movement. The restaurant design is based on this principle, seeking to create an artificial landscape in constant motion.

The restaurant represents a winding landscape composed of different programmatic elements or islands. Bars and kitchens are distributed throughout the space creating intensity nodes, while guests sit inside colourful islands.
