The Balfegó fishing company sought to create a gastronomic space promoting bluefin tuna as a high-quality product. The design tries to introduce customers to the world of bluefin tuna, reflecting different aspects of its morphology and capture. The main dining room transports us to the depths of the Sea, with a large curtain that blurs the shape of the venue to turn it into an undulating, organic, deep space.
On the second floor, the design of the two small meeting rooms is inspired by the textured and reddish meat of the tuna.
In the small adjacent room, dedicated to classes and events, the enveloping wall ceramic refers to the skin of the tuna, with shiny scales in bluish and silver tones.
